Our Company
Strategic Alignment Group LLC is located in Northeast Ohio (Orrville). Though independently owned and operated, we are part of a nationwide network of 600+ organizational improvement professionals who employ our methodologies and share our philosophies. Additionally, we have strategic alliances with consultants and providers throughout Central and Northeast Ohio whose services dovetail with our own.
The tools, methodologies, and processes we employ have achieved phenomenal success for over 30 years. Benefactors of this success are found in virtually every industry and market. Our President And Founder
Our founder and Senior Consulting Strategist, JB Bryant was blessed with over 15 years of success leading organizational improvement as a member of corporate America. He applies wisdom from this real-world experience to other organizations.
JB has served from front-line to Senior Management in IT, Manufacturing, Knowledge Management, Retail, and Customer Service in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. He has also served many churches and Christian organizations and is passionate about the unique challenges facing those groups.
JB possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, an M.Div., and certification in process and quality improvements, organizational diagnostics, sustainability, employee assessment, and more. An in-demand speaker and facilitator, JB has led numerous development seminars and courses.
